What are the hats made from?TOP All of Bumbleberry's Hats are made from 100% Cotton unless otherwise specified. Cotton is hypoalergenic, breathable, warm and non-itchy.
Can I order a custom design?TOP Yes, you can order a custom design. Use the contact form and give as much information as possible like stripes, thickness of stripes, colors, size, earflap preference, etc. You will be contacted within 24 hours to confirm. If you want to send a picture of a jacket or sweater you may do so after you receive a response. Check out the photos for helpful ideas!
Bumbleberry's hat Co accepts Paypal as the method of payment. No, you do not have to have a Paypal account to purchase from this site. If you alredy have a Paypal account, great! If not, you can pay by credit card. Paypal is an easy and secure way to buy on the internet. I will never see your banking or credit card information.
How long will my order take?TOP Once your order and payment are recieved, your order should take 2 to 4 weeks for delivery. You will recieve an email when your order is in the mail. If there is a delay, we will let you know as soon as possible.

Can I pick my hats up and not pay shipping and handling?TOP Yes, you can pick your hats up if you are in Calgary. Just choose the "Calgary pickup" option in the shipping zone of the cart. You will be contacted when your order is ready.
Can I get a gift certificate for someone?TOP Yes! All you have to do is use the contact form and let me know the amount you want to send, whom to send it to, and your contact info. You will be invoiced for the amount and a gift certificate will be issued.
When you buy online it is hard to choose the right size. If you have purchased the wrong size, you may exchange it for the correct size, providing it is a hat from the catalogue. If you have purchased a one of a kind hat, it may not be possible to get another size. In that case, you will have the choice of exchanging for a different hat or getting a refund. For exchanges/refunds, you must contact me within 7 days of receiving the item. All exchanges/refunds will be made upon receiving the item in the same condition it was sent out. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
I have hat my hat for a while now and the ears seem to be drooping. Is there anything I can do to make them stand up like new?TOP To make the ears stand up like new, just spray them with laundry spray starch. It works great!
Bumbleberry's Hats are washable, but you must treat them like a delicate. This means hand wash in cold, or use the delicate setting on your washing machine with cold water. Wrap it in a towel then lay flat to dry.
